Welcome to the official website of the Pride of Africa Society (PAS).  PAS is an organization open to all persons interested in improving the conditions in Africa for the pursuit of life, liberty and Happiness.

The Africa heritage bespeaks of both physical and psychological domination which have denied the opportunity for responsible government and good  citizenry for the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Africans have experienced unnecessary wars, civil unrests, "self-imposed exile", coup d’état, famine, genocide and decay in the basic infrastructure for descent living.

The opportunities at Pride of Africa Society are centered on how the Africans can collaboratively wrestle the phenomena of underdevelopment and proclaim the victory inherent in the pride of a nation, an economy or a region. The ability of a nation or group of people to identify their problems, associate themselves with the problems, analysis and generate solutions based on their collective wisdom is the basis of the pride of a nation or group.

We are currently involved in re-vitalizing the exiting market infrastructure in Africa for the generation of revenue to support the society and government. The market system infrastructure includes all the activities which unleash the propensity for the African to barter, trade and exchange.The problems in Africa come with it equivalent opportunities. We would like to tap the opportunity in each of the African problems by championing the cause for market system solution.We encourage individual and business to claim ownership of the problems in Africa with a market mentality of generating revenue by delivering the appropriate solutions.Our governments have failed us and the international support only treats the symptoms of the ills in Africa. Turning the problems into economic opportunities requires the clear identification and definition on what constitute government and society within each of the regions in Africa. The society and government should operate through the available market structure to create opportunities to solve the Africa problems.
